These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyPageFeedback (the "Service") at mypagefeedback.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MyPageFeedback provides AI-assisted analysis of publicly reachable web pages you submit, including scores and suggestions. Output is informational and opinion-style guidance only—not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the results.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Notify us at rohangotwal3@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights
Submit URLs or content you do not have authority to analyze, or that contain malware or illegal material
Attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload our systems, or bypass security or rate limits
Resell or scrape the Service in bulk without permission

4. Intellectual property

We own the Service, branding, and our software. You retain rights to content you submit (such as URLs you control). We receive a license to use submissions as needed to operate and improve the Service.

5. Paid plans

Paid features are billed through our payment provider. Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the checkout flow and provider terms. Taxes may apply where required.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example via the site or email). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
